The Obama administration were notorious liars who lied to the American people and persuaded states to welcome thousands of refugees from foreign lands.
They managed to convince many people that this is a good thing and that since the American nation is a nation of immigrants, they should embrace more and more of these refugees who flood the country.
However, they failed to mention a little detail and that is that most of these people come from Muslim majority countries and have no intention of assimilating to American values. They have no regard for equal rights, freedom of religion, freedom of sexual orientation, freedom of expression etc.
Another thing that liberals failed to mention is the enormous burden that these thousands of refugees place on American taxpayers. This poses a real threat to government benefits.
As reported by Mad World News: “According to the Phoenix New Times, at least half of the 7,351 Somali refugees resettled in Arizona have moved out of the state because there are not enough welfare and government benefits for their liking. Additionally, they are fleeing because the state requires them to learn English and find jobs in order to attain food stamps.”
The report goes on to say that, each migrant that is resettled in Arizona receives a payment of $925 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Understandably, the state said that migrants are expected to cover the rest of their bills themselves after the payments are drained out. And, Arizona doesn’t give out any additional funding unless these people who receive welfare, are prepared to earn them.
The Obama administration gave refugees a special treatment. They gave them money, roof over their heads, and government benefits and all they had to do was learn the language and get employed.
But it looks like that was too much for them as well. Many people who live in the U.S. don’t even know the language and are not interested in finding work.
In the past the immigrants who came to America did so in search of a better future, and they worked hard to get to that future. But today, illegals, refugees and immigrants expect to be given handouts and do nothing, while Americans work tiresome to pay their taxes and provide those benefits.
Fortunately, the liberal era is done. Now people who want to come to America would have to deserve their welcome. After all they are not expected to do anything more than an average American does, learn English and find a job.
